We use Interparcel delivery service for all Saunas and Sauna Package shipping, which includes insurance. We use Australia Post for shipping our Herb Blends and all other items.
If any damages have occurred during the shipment, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving the delivery.

Please take your time to choose which sauna, herbal blends, accessories and personalised extras that suit you.
Once the purchase has been made we don’t accept returns or exchanges, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
For returns via mail, the product must be carefully packaged. You are responsible for return postage costs and any damage incurred on the return shipment
We accept online credit card payments. With our 1:1 offerings we can also accept cash on the day.
