How to do a Yoni Steam
Yoni steaming is an ancient practice & self love ritual.
Find a quiet place where you feel relaxed.
Light some candles and set an intention for your steam.

Add 2tbs of herbs in 4 cups of boiling water in a pot
& let it sit for a few minutes.
Place the pot inside your yoni steam sauna
Always make sure the water is not too hot to avoid burns.
Be gentle, if it's too hot for your body it is important to wait.

Steam for 15/20 minutes

There are other ways to steam without a sauna.
Some women steam in child's pose or leaning on their knees,
over a bowl of herbs with a cover over themselves.
​
Once complete you can wrap your womb to keep it warm and rest,
the healing process will continue whilst you relax.

When not to Steam
If you have any type of IUD
During your menstrual cycle
If you are pregnant or you think you might be pregnant
For fertility support it's important not to steam during or after ovulation
If you have open wounds or sores around your yoni
If you have any genital piercings
